About Me

Founder of the Law Office of Tolga Ozek, I take pride in providing innovative, trusted, and effective legal services for businesses and individuals coming to the U.S. around the world. Our corporate services include business formation, start-up services, mergers and acquisitions, securities, cybersecurity, corporate governance, business compliance, and other areas. The firm can also handle real estate transactions, landlord-tenant, acquisition, sales, and related matters.

We also provide immigration and citizenship services to both businesses and individuals with a special focus on E2, E1, L1, H1B, EB1, EB2, EB3 immigrant and nonimmigrant visa classifications and family-based immigrant petitions. Personal legal services also include trust and estate planning, wills, family law, and real estate settlements.

During my decade-long career, along with being a licensed lawyer in two countries and three jurisdictions, I also represented parties in mediation cases and acted as a mediator in several commercial and family disputes.

Since the beginning of my career, my goal has always been providing creative, trusted & impressive legal service; there has been not a single day that I have walked back from that goal.
