As the founding principal attorney of Ozek Law Firm, I am dedicated to providing sophisticated, reliable, and results-driven legal counsel to businesses and individuals.

Our corporate law practice covers business formation, start-up advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. We also handle complex real estate transactions, personal injury claims, and related matters.

Specializing in both business and family-based immigration, we guide clients through investment based visas such as, E2, E1, intracompany transferee visas, L1, , non-immigrant visas, H2B, H1B, and immigrant visas based on employer sponsorship EB1, EB2, EB3, as well as family-based (IR) immigration petitions.
